Crew Training

AIRCAT VESSELS provides crew training and operational support services for the vessels and SES platforms developed within the AIRCAT range.

Training programs are designed to familiarise crews with vessel handling, manoeuvring, onboard systems, air cushion management, maintenance procedures, and operational best practices specific to SES operations. Depending on project requirements, training can be conducted in classroom environments, at the shipyard during vessel construction and commissioning phases, onboard the vessel itself, and directly during live operational activities offshore.

AIRCAT also supports the operational startup of newly delivered vessels, accompanying crews during the first weeks or months of service in order to facilitate the transition into operational use and help ensure safe and efficient vessel operation from day one.

Beyond initial training, AIRCAT VESSELS can continue to provide periodic operational support at the request of shipowners and operators, including refresher courses, crew transition assistance following personnel changes, onboard operational assessments, and additional mentoring sessions when required.

This continuous involvement helps ensure that crews remain fully familiar with the specific operational characteristics of SES vessels and are able to maintain high standards of safety, performance, and operational efficiency over time.
